Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Hi, I’m Daniel welcome to JustAnswer.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your washer.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Lets see if i can help you on this.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: EH0 error code means water has leaked into the base on this and actiavted the flood switch in there.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: What you need to do is pull the washer out and lean it 45 degrees backwards as this will allow the water to drain out from the base onto the floor so you may need a towel for this.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Once the water is out stand it upright and turn it back on and see how it goes from there.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: That should have cleared the error code from there.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Then retry it and see how it goes from there.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: But if it happens again then theres a leak in there which you will need to find and fix to cure the fault on this.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Regards
JustAnswer Customer: As I said earlier it is a dryer not a washer
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Sorry thought it was a washer.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: EH0 on a dryer means theres a fault on the electronics.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Its power supply fault so the first thing to check is the mains socket its plugged into.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Try running the dryer from a different socket and see if it makes a difference.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: If not then im afraid its usually down to a faulty control board on these, Sorry.
