Where can I buy a new control board for my washer?

I was looking for diagnostic. How did you know the control board was the issue. Did you use a multimeter?
Okay so on my whirlpool- it’s there’s a big clip and then there a tiny clip on both sides both in super tight spaces. Idk what to do I’m running out of options- Iev gotten three different codes f5 e3 and f6 E2, f6 e3
